Our Cases

Details of recent Standards Commission Hearings are provided in the table below.

Hearings start at 9:30 unless otherwise stated here.

LA/AS/1963 & 1993 will commence at 12:00.

If there is no entry in the Hearing Date / Time column, the date for the Hearing is still to be arranged. 

Press Releases are available to download within five working days of the conclusion of the Hearing.

Full Written Decisions are available to download within 25 working days of the conclusion of the Hearing.

Given that the Standards Commission is publicly funded, we seek to ensure best value by holding Hearings in a building of the Council or Body the Respondent is a Member of wherever possible.
